- Aquarius AI ( OTCPK:GOOLF ) will rebrand to P2Earn Inc. and will implement a 4:1 consolidation of the issued and outstanding common shares on the effective date of March 27, 2023.
- Its ticker symbol ?on the Canadian Securities Exchange will change from "AQUA" to "PXE". The shares will commence trading under its new name and ticker symbol ?on or about March 27, 2023.
- The firm will also consolidate all the issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of every four (4) old shares into one (1) new common ?share. The outstanding shares will be reduced to ~52,204,206 as a result.
