WAAS - AquaVenture Holdings Announces Appointment of Brian Miller as Senior Vice President and General Counsel

AquaVenture Holdings Limited (NYSE:WAAS) (“AquaVenture” or the “Company”), a leader in Water-as-a-Service™ (“WAAS™”) solutions, announced today that Brian Miller has joined the Company as its first in-house Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He will also hold the positions of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Quench and Seven Seas Water businesses.

Mr. Miller previously worked at AES Corporation, a Fortune 200 global power company, where he was General Counsel for the past 13 years. AES owns and manages $33 billion in total assets in 15 countries with revenues of over $11 billion. Mr. Miller’s legal and management experience has been publicly recognized numerous times including recently receiving the Distinguished General Counsel award from the New York Stock Exchange. He holds a B.A. in History and Economics from Boston College and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut.
