Aramark ( NYSE: ARMK ) on Thursday announced the pricing of secondary offering of 21,262,245 shares of its common stock offered for sale by a selling stockholder at a price of $39.75 per share.
Aramark is not selling any shares of its common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
The offering is expected to close on or about August 11.
