ACA - Arcosa to buy Stonepoint Materials in $375M deal

Arcosa (ACA) agrees to acquire aggregate company StonePoint Ultimate Holding from Sun Capital Partners for $375M in cash.Arcosa says the acquisition will expand its footprint in Texas and Louisiana and provide entry into new markets in Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.StonePoint is projected to generate revenues of $117M and adjusted EBITDA of $28M for the 12 months ending March 31, 2021.Arcosa trades near fair value after last year's big run-up, Vladimir Dimitrov writes in a neutral analysis published on Seeking Alpha.
