LUXEMBOURG, Feb. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ardagh Group S.A. (NYSE: ARD) announces that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share. This is payable on March 13, 2018 to shareholders of record on February 27, 2018.
Ardagh will publish its fourth quarter and full year 2017 results on Thursday, February 22. A results earnings release will be posted to our website (http://www.ardaghgroup.com/corporate/investors) at midday GMT (07:00 EST) and an investor webcast and conference call will be held at 15:00 GMT (10:00 EST) on February 22.
