ARES - Ares Management to acquire minority equity stake in BlueCove
Ares Management Corporation Class A
Ares Management ( NYSE: ARES ) and London-based scientific fixed income manager, BlueCove reached an agreement wherein the former will acquire a minority equity stake in the latter with the option to acquire control of the business over a multi-year term.
Acquisition terms remain undisclosed.
BlueCove has been purpose-built to play a leading role in the development of scientific fixed income asset management as a mainstream investment style.
The transaction is expected to close in Q2 or Q3 of 2023.
