ARLSF - Argo Living to merge its worm casting business with Pacific Composting

- Organic products developer Argo Living Soils ( OTCPK:ARLSF ) Wednesday announced a non-binding joint venture with British Columbia-based Pacific Composting.
- Under the venture, Argo will integrate its worm-casting operations into Pacific Composting.
- Argo will also relocate its existing worm casting, and composting operations, including its bioreactors in Galiano Island in BC, to Pacific Composting's facilities in Duncan, BC.
- "This is a very exciting step which will improve the commercial viability of Argo's business," said Peter Hoyle, Argo's interim CEO.
