Aridis Pharmaceuticals ( OTC:ARDS ) announced pricing of an offering of 10 million shares and accompanying warrants to purchase up to another 10 million shares of common stock at a combined offering price of $0.20 per share of common stock and accompanying warrant.
Aridis Pharmaceuticals said the $2 million raised will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
