AHH - Armada Hoffler Properties Announces a 5.0% Increase in Its First Quarter 2019 Cash Dividend

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Feb. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYSE: AHH) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per common share for the first quarter of 2019. This represents a 5% increase over the prior quarter’s cash dividend and over 31% growth since inception. The increase in the first quarter 2019 cash dividend marks the fifth increase in five years. The first quarter dividend will be paid in cash on April 4, 2019 to stockholders of record on March 27, 2019.
