Armstrong World ( NYSE: AWI ) has acquired Northern California-based B?K Modern, LLC, a pioneer in the design and development of integrated architectural metal systems for interior and exterior applications, for an undisclosed sum.
With a specific focus on innovating to provide customers' design intent with more efficiency, the move will give AWI additional design capabilities.
AWI has funded the acquisition with available cash.
