AROW - Arrow Financial appoints CFO

• Arrow Financial ( NASDAQ: AROW ) appointed Penko Ivanov CFO, executive vice president, treasurer and chief accounting officer.
• He has also been appointed to the same post at the company's two subsidiary banks, Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company and Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company, as well as its insurance subsidiary, Upstate Agency.
• The appointment is effective Feb. 21.
• Ivanov will be based in AROW's Glens Falls, NY, headquarters, and will report to CEO Tom Murphy.
• Ivanov, most recently, served as executive vice president and CFO of Bankwell Financial Group.
