• Arrow Financial ( NASDAQ: AROW ) has received Nasdaq notice as a result of its failure to file its quarterly report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022in a timely fashion.
• The company has 60 calendar days from receipt of the notice, to submit a plan to regain compliance.
• If the plan gets accepted, Nasdaq may grant an extension of up to 180 calendar days from the original filing due date of the Form 10-K, or until September 27, 2022, to regain compliance.
• The company is working diligently to complete its Form 10-K and intends to file it as soon as practicable to regain compliance with Nasdaq continued listing standards.
