- Terms were not disclosed.
- ROC specializes in human resources and enterprise change solutions for clients across the U.S.
- ROC CEO Jan Burnham and her team will join Arthur J. Gallagher's ( AJG ) employee benefits consulting and brokerage unit
- "ROC's products and services complement our existing benefits and HR offerings," said Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) CEO J. Patrick Gallagher.
