- Gallagher Re, a reinsurance division of Arthur J. Gallagher ( NYSE: AJG ) has acquired the business and assets of UK-based Bay Risk Services Limited.
- Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
- The acquired business will become part of the global programs practice of Gallagher Re.
