AHT - Ashford Hospitality Trust sells more than $13M of preferred stock

• Ashford Securities LLC, a unit of Ashford Inc. ( NYSE: AINC ), has sold $9.1M of Ashford Hospitality Trust ( AHT ) Series J and Series K Redeemable Preferred Stock in March, the company said Tuesday.
• It total, Ashford Trust ( AHT ) has sold more than $13.3M of its Series J and Series K Preferred through Ashford Securities as dealer manager since the offering commenced.
• For the offering, Ashford Securities assembled a syndicate of 27 broker-dealers and RIA firms.
• Ashford Securities ( AINC ) also managed the offering two series of Braemar Hotels & Resorts ( BHR ) preferred stock that raised more than $300M.
