AWH - Aspira Women's Health to raise $9M in stock offering
- Aspira Women's Health ( NASDAQ: AWH ) priced its stock offering it released late on Monday at $9M, comprising the sale of 12M common shares priced at $0.75 apiece.
- The provider of diagnostic tests for gynecologic disease told the offering will also include the accompanying 12M warrants, exercisable at $0.88 per share within the term of 5-year expiry.
- Management said: "Net proceeds is to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including product portfolio expansion and commercialization."
- Closing of the transaction is expected on Aug. 25, 2022.
- Stock is down 38% in pre-market trading on Tuesday to $0.55. vs. 52-week range of $0.32 to $3.92.
