AMK - AssetMark Financial platform assets gain 2.4% in July

• AssetMark Financial ( NYSE: AMK ) said Thursday its platform assets stood at $103.2B at the end of July, up 2.4% sequentially and 19.6% from a year ago.
• Net flows of $540M retreated 13.5% M/M and climbed 44.4% Y/Y.
• AssetMark Trust Company client cash was $2.79B compared with $2.94B in June and $3.60B in the year-earlier period.
• Number of households perked up 0.3% M/M and 12/5% Y/Y to $248,780.
• Last month's increase in platform assets followed a 5% rise in June.
