ATRO - Astronics Mourns the Passing of Board Member John B. Drenning

Drenning, a member of its Board of Directors for nearly 50 years, passed away on March 2, 2019 in Buffalo, NY.

Mr. Drenning enjoyed a long and distinguished legal career in Buffalo and served as general and corporate securities counsel to several public companies. He joined Astronics Board of Directors in 1970 soon after its founding and prior to the Company’s initial public offering in 1972.
