ATA Creativity Global (NASDAQ:AACG) said Tuesday it appointed Ruobai Sima as CFO, effective May 12. Amy Tung resigned as CFO for personal reasons, but will remain with AACG as an advisor to ensure smooth transition. Prior to joining AACG, Sima served as CFO at various automotive services firms from 2016 to 2022, including Beijing Aiyihang Auto Service and Beijing Shouqi Zhixing Technology.
