• We think that there is support for the stock price at these levels including from Atlanticus’ share repurchase program and compelling valuation.
• We continue to expect that Atlanticus is positioning itself for a significant corporate transaction that would be beneficial for shareholders.
• Given the above, we believe that absent a material negative change in Atlanticus’ business or overall market weakness, there is limited downside and significant upside to the stock.
