ATRC - AtriCure nominates former Medtronic executive as new Board Chair

AtriCure (ATRC) has named B. Kristine (Kris) Johnson as its new Board Chair. The current chair Scott Drake and another director Mark Lanning are not standing for reelection at the end of their terms in May 2021, the company said.A Board member at the company since 2017, Ms. Johnson sits on the Boards of several firms including ViewRay.
