(OTCPink:ATIS) (the “Company” or “Attis”), a diversified innovation and technologyholding company, today announced that, effective today, the Nasdaq CapitalMarket (the “Exchange”), due to the Company’s delinquency in filing itsperiodic reports, has delisted the Company’s publicly-availablesecurities. For the immediate future, Attis’ common stock (ATIS) andpublicly-traded warrants (ATISW) will trade on the OTCPink Marketplace operatedby OTC Markets Group Inc.
Attis is continuing to worktirelessly with its independent accounting firm to bring all of its delinquentfilings current. Once all of the filings have been completed andfiled with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and all other listingrequirements have been met, the Company plans to immediately begin thereapplication process with the Exchange to elevate Attis’ publicly-availablesecurities back to the Nasdaq stock exchange.
