AOCIF - AutoCanada to renew NCIB to buy back stock

• AutoCanada ( OTCPK:AOCIF ) said Thursday it will renew its normal course issuer bid to buy back up to ~1.34M shares for cancellation.
• The NCIB will span a the 12-month period starting December 28 and ending December 27, 2023.
• The number of shares authorized for purchase under the NCIB represents 10% of the firm's public float as of December 20.
• The NCIB renewal follows on the previous NCIB that expired on Thursday.
• From December 23, 2021 to December 22, 2022, AutoCanada ( OTCPK:AOCIF ) bought 1.7M shares at a weighted average price of $32.70/share.
• The NCIB may be suspended or terminated at any time.
