  • AutoNation ( NYSE: AN ) has appointed Thomas Szlosek as its new Executive Vice President ( EVP ) and Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ), effective on or about August 7, 2023.
  • Szlosek has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Avantor ( AVTR ) since 2018.
  • Current EVP and CFO Joe Lower will continue until Szlosek joins the company and after that he will be transitioned to a newly created role overseeing all business transformation initiatives for the company.
