AVTR - Avantor opens 2nd single-use facility in The Netherlands

Avantor (AVTR +0.4%) opened a new single-use facility in Hillegom, Netherlands in early October 2021 to support growing demand for bioproduction. The site is Avantor's second single-use location in Europe after its Tilburg, Netherlands site, an addition to its overall cleanroom capacity in the region. In addition to its two sites in Europe, Avantor's global single-use footprint includes sites in the U.S. and facility in Changzhou, China that was acquired as part of the company's recent acquisition of RIM Bio.
