(NYSE: AVTR), a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the life sciences, advanced technologies and applied materials industries, provided preliminary unaudited revenue estimates for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020 , in conjunction with proposed debt refinancing transactions.

• Revenue of $1.60 billion , increasing 6.7%; organic growth of 5.4%.
