As you have seen from this morning's announcement, the Board of NortonLifeLock and Avast have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended merger. The proposed merger with NortonLifeLock provides compelling strategic, operational and financial benefits for all our stakeholders, and I'm excited by the prospect for the combined business.
