AVNW - Aviat Networks closes acquisition of Redline Communications
- Aviat Networks ( NASDAQ: AVNW ) has completed its acquisition of Redline Communications Group ( OTCPK:RDLCF ).
- That result means Aviat can offer an integrated end-to-end offering for wireless access and transport, the company says.
- Aviat will include Redline in fiscal 2023 guidance to be provided in its next earnings call, but Redline was not part of Aviat's fiscal 2022, and so won't be included in its upcoming Q4 results. Aviat is reaffirming its fiscal 2022 guidance for $296M-$300M in revenue and $37M-$39M in adjusted EBITDA.
- Aviat had come to an all-cash deal valued at C$16.2M (about $12.9M) in mid-April .
