  • Avis Budget ( NASDAQ: CAR ) said Thursday that Avis Budget Finance, as the issuer, has priced a private offering of €400 million of 7.25% senior notes due 2030.

  • The notes will have a maturity date of July 31, 2030.

  • The closing of the offering of the notes is expected to occur on July 13, 2023.

  • The net proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem all of the issuer’s outstanding 4.125% senior notes due 2024.
