Calgary, Alberta - TheNewswire - October 6, 2023 - Axiom Capital Advisors Inc. (“ACA” or the “Corporation”)(CSE:ACA) is pleased to announce that further toits announcement on October 2, 2023, the common shares in the capitalof the Company (“ CommonShares ”) are now trading on the CanadianSecurities Exchange on 4:1 post-split basis (the “ Share Split ”).Theshareholders of record as of October 10, 2023 shall receive theadditional Common Shares issuable pursuant to the Share Split.
Pursuant to the Share Split, the Corporation’s issuedand outstanding Common Shares increased from 6,472,100 Common Sharesto 25,888,400 Common Shares directly following completion of the ShareSplit. The Corporation expects that the Share Split will to increasethe liquidity and marketability of the Common Shares.
Shareholders do not need to take any action withrespect to the Share Split. All outstanding stock options and sharepurchase warrants will be adjusted on the same split ratio and therespective exercise prices will be adjusted accordingly.
