AXNX - Axonics proposes $150M capital raise

Axonics (AXNX) announces that it has commenced a proposed public offering of $150M in shares.Expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $22.5M in additional shares.Axonics anticipates using net proceeds to repay all or a portion of its outstanding indebtedness of $75M and support the commercialization of its products, among other things.
