  • Financial services platform B. Riley Financial ( NASDAQ: RILY ) said on Wednesday that it has priced an ~$100M underwritten public offering of 1.8M shares at $55.00 per share.
  • The company said certain of its officers, directors and employees have agreed to purchase ~$7M shares at the public offering price.
  • Also, B. Riley has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 272.7K shares in connection with the offering.
  • The offering is expected to close on July 28.
