  • Banner ( NASDAQ: BANR ) said Friday Peter Conner will retire as EVP and CFO, effective October 10, 2023.

  • Conner will also be retiring from his position as EVP and CFO of Banner Bank, effective April 10, 2023.

  • Robert Butterfield, currently SVP and CAO of Banner Bank, will be promoted to EVP and CFO of the bank.

  • Butterfield will also succeed Conner as CFO of the company when he steps down in October.
