• Baozun ( NASDAQ: BZUN ) shares popped 6% Tuesday morning after the e-commerce solutions provider announced primary listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
• The company is now a dual primary listing company on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
• The company's ADSs listed on the Nasdaq and the Class A ordinary shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are fungible and are convertible in both directions, subject to certain limitations.
