Jacobsmeyer as Chief Executive Officer of its Home Health and Hospice business, effective immediately.Jacobsmeyer, formerly President of Inpatient Hospitals business, replaces April K. Anthony, who left the company on June 18, 2021.Mark J. Tarr, President and Chief Executive Officer of Encompass Health, will take on Jacobsmeyer's duties in the inpatient hospitals business until further notice.Jacobsmeyer will continue to report to Tarr.
