CRFTF - BC Craft Supply to acquire Somo for issuance of 30.8M units

BC Craft Supply ([[CRFTF]] -10.3%) signed a share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of California-basedcSomo Industries dba Feelwell Brands in return for issuance of 30.8M units to the vendors to be issued at a deemed value of $0.08925/unit.Each Unit is comprised of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant; each whole warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional share at $0.12075 for two years.Shares and warrants are subject to a four month and one day hold period.Somo operates Clix, a licensed cannabis brand operating in the state of California which is focused on bringing wellness inspired, micro-dosed, dispensed cannabis to the market.Acquisition closing is slated for May 11 closing.
