(“ Bearing ” or the“ Compan y”) (TSXV:BRZ) (OTC:BLILF) announces that it has issued anaggregate of 1,800,000 stock options to directors and officers to purchase up to 1,800,000 common shares ofthe Company at a price of $0.13 per common share for a period fiveyears from grant ,pursuant to its Stock Option Plan.
