BEBE - bebe stores inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

bebe stores, inc. (OTCQB: BEBE) (the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 11, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2019. The dividend is primarily based on the trailing quarter of licensing income from BB Brand Holdings LLC, the joint venture 50% owned by the Company.
