- Biopharmaceutical drug development company Belite Bio ( NASDAQ: BLTE ) said on Tuesday that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of American Depositary Shares.
- Each of the ADS represents one share and warrants to purchase shares.
- The company is selling all the securities in the offering.
- The net proceeds are intended to be used for clinical trials and further clinical development of Tinlarebant, funding its research and development of other pipeline products and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
