FROG - Bentley Systems continues software IPO hot streak
Construction and infrastructure software company Bentley Systems (BSY) opened its first day of trading 27% above the $21 IPO price and closed up 52% to $33.49.Gaming and e-sports hardware and software supplier Corsair Gaming (CRSR) fell 11% from $17 after its debut and was down 16% to $14.25 when trading ended for the day.Bentley's gains fell in pace with last week's slate of software IPOs, which included Snowflake (SNOW) (first day open: +104%; close: +112%), JFrog (FROG) (open: +62%; close: +47%), and Unity Software (U) (open: +44%; close: 31%).Corsair is following in the footsteps of Rackspace's (RXT) return to public trading, which had shares down 20% at the open and down 22% at the close.Gains/losses of the recent listings since IPO: Snowflake, -7%; JFrog, +20%; Unity, +24%; Rackspace, +12.5%.Previously: Bentley Systems starts trading up 27% (Sep. 23 2020)Check out the latest IPO news.
