DASTY - Bentley Systems raises IPO price in $226M offering

Bentley Systems (BSY), provider of construction and infrastructure software, raises its IPO price range from $17-19/share to $19-21.At the upper end of the pricing, Bentley's offering of 10.75M shares would raise $225.8M.The listing includes Class B shares sold by stockholders. Bentley's Class B stock is worth one vote and each Class A share is worth 29 votes.
