ABCL - Berkeley Lights: Short Seller Report Raises A Few Legitimate Questions

• On September 5th, Berkeley Lights was hit by short seller Scorpion Capital, knocking the stock down roughly 30%.
• The report does raise some interesting questions regarding the business Berkeley operates in, one must also consider that at the current level, many of these concerns may be priced in.
• I was clearly very, very early with my initial speculative purchase and am down significantly to date, however, I will continue to hold my shares for now.
• I am curious to hear from the company during the quarterly earnings call for clarification and therefore I am not buying the dip just yet.
