BERY - Berry Global prices $800M of first priority senior secured notes offering

Berry Global, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berry Global Group (BERY) has priced $800M of first priority 0.95% senior secured notes due February 15, 2024.Offering is expected to close on January 15, 2021. Interest will be payable semiannually, in cash in arrears, on February 15 and August 15 of each year, commencing on August 15, 2021.Net proceeds will be used to prepay a portion of certain existing term loans of the Issuer and to pay certain fees and expenses related to the offering.Previously: Berry Global launches first priority senior secured notes due 2024 (Jan. 11)
