BERY - Berry Global prices first priority senior secured notes

- Berry Global ( NYSE: BERY ) priced its private placement, by its wholly owned subsidiary, Berry Global which issued $500M of its First Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2028.
- Offer closing is expected to occur on or about Mar.30, 2023.
- The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.50%, payable semiannually, in cash in arrears, on April 15 and October 15 of each year, commencing on October 15, 2023. The Notes will mature on April 15, 2028.
- Net proceeds are to be used for repurchasing certain of the issuer's 0.95% First Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2024, to prepay a portion of certain existing term loans of the issuer.
