Execs with BetMGM were very positive during an investor event today on the company's dominant position in the U.S. with iGaming and sports betting.BetMGM says it sees a huge opportunity in the U.S. as it takes aim at nabbing 20% to 25% of market share in iGaming and sports betting. The prior target was 15% to 20%. The company says its has 160M customer profiles and broad tech and leisure expertise from owners MGM Resorts (MGM) and Entain (GMVHF). BetMGM say the company has created a sustainable competitive advantage and thinks it can see lower customer acquisition costs than peers. BetMGM says it has a path to the market in New York to add to its 12 active jursiditions. Within a year, BetMGM sees being active in 20 jurisdictions. The company notes that it is number one in Michigan in OSB+iGaming+retail, number one in Colorado in online sports betting and leads
