• BGSF ( NYSE: BGSF ) said Monday it acquired Arroyo Consulting , a nearshore/offshore professional workforce solutions firm specializing in IT and software development.
• Terms were not disclosed.
• Arroyo, which has operations in the U.S., Colombia and India, reported unaudited revenues of ~$16.2M in FY22.
• The acquisition adds global delivery capabilities, enhancing BGSF's ( BGSF ) systems and custom software application development and support for customers.
• It expands BGSF's ( BGSF ) presence into Latin America and India, and adds more than 300 skilled IT professionals.
• Earlier, BGSF ( BGSF ) reported mixed Q4 results.
