Biosynex has extended the tender offer to acquire Chembio Diagnostics ( NASDAQ: CEMI ) once again, this time to April 26, from April 12. Biosynex noted that as of April 12, ~17.74M shares were tendered , representing ~48.3% of the outstanding stock. Previously the company had moved the tender offer date to April 12, from March 28. In January, France-based Biosynex said it was acquiring Chembio for $0.45 per share, in an all-cash transaction valued at $17.2M. For further details see:
