Bill payments via bitcoin on theLightning Network
Available immediately, all customers in Canada can paytheir household bills and credit cards with bitcoin from theirpersonal bitcoin wallets on the main Bitcoin blockchain or via theLightning Network. This feature is available immediately atbitcoinwell.com/app.
Enabling customers to pay their bills and credit cardswith bitcoin on the Lightning Network offers a cheaper and fasteralternative to using bitcoin on the main chain, while allowingcustomers to still maintain the security of self custody.
