NILE - BitNile revises pricing of series D preferred stock offering

BitNile (NYSE:NILE) on Wednesday revised the pricing of its public offering so that 144K 13% series D cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred shares will be offered at $25/share. Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$3.6M, up from the earlier expected proceeds of ~$3.08M.
