NILE - BitNile subsidiary enters into hosting agreement with Compute North
- BitNile ( NYSE: NILE ) subsidiary has entered into a hosting agreement with Compute North to support operation of up to 6,500 S19j Pro Bitcoin miners.
- The agreement will provide 20MW of power, enabling BitNile ( NILE ) to power ~6,500 S19j Pro miners during August and September.
- Compute North, which specializes in large-scale computing infrastructure and hosting services, has assigned a dedicated team in support of the new relationship and will begin receiving Bitcoin miners from BitNile as soon as next week.
- The agreement, in conjunction with the ongoing expansion of Michigan site, will support BitNile's plan to deploy and operate the Bitcoin miners it receives from Bitmain Technologies throughout the year.
- As previously announced, BitNile has entered into purchase agreements with Bitmain for ~20,600 Bitcoin miners, including 4,600 S19 XP Antminers that feature a processing power of 140 TH/s and 16,000 S19j Pro Antminers with 100 TH/s processing power.
